Company Structure

Our team is comprised of highly motivated and qualified individuals with decades of experience in IT related projects across sectors. Our in-house team mainly comprises of administration, project management, business development and software engineers & developers based in our Nairobi (Kenya) office.
The company structure provides stability and accountability with an enabling environment for collaboration and innovation.

Management Team
Daniel Kamiri, Team Leader
Daniel is the team leader and co-founder of Wonderkid Multimedia with over 14 years experience in the ICT space. Previously, he worked with the National Council for Law Reporting in setting up East Africa's most comprehensive online legal portal - kenyalaw.org. Since then, Daniel has acquired vast practical experience with successful implementations of ICTs in banking, legal, humanitarian, education and utilities spanning over 10 countries. In the last five years, Daniel has steered the development of innovative and cost effective ICT tools for utilities in Africa with the objective of increasing productivity, profitability and enhanced customer engagement.
He has Bachelor of Laws degree and several certifications in Information Technology.
Dickson Marira, Director Finance
Dickson Marira is heads the Projects and Finance Docket, with over 15 years’ experience in ICT. Dickson has managed Wonderkid teams to successfully deliver both donor funded and commercial projects in various sectors including WASH. Some of his notable achievements include: UNAIDS / NACC National M&E Database, GSMA Mobile 4 Development Utility partnership, World Bank funded Second National Urban Water Sector Reform Project in Nigeria Cross River State Water Board, Lilongwe Water Board - Malawi; just to name a few.
He has Bachelor of Science degree in Electric engineering and Masters in Software Engineering including several certifications in Information Technology.
Halima Murunga, Head Business Development
Halima is a trained environmental auditor, having worked in the environment and ICT space for over 10 years. At Wonderkid Multimedia she specializes on business development, communication, training, project management and M&E activities on private and public sector ICT projects across Africa.
For the last 5 years the team has been engaged with the water sector, implementing enterprise solutions to support utilities to enhance service delivery. This began with MajiVoice a citizen feedback solution that has been adopted by 13 utilities in Kenya. The team has gone on to develop more business critical applications for the sector that support commercial and technical operations in Kenya, Malawi and Nigeria. Halima has Bachelors' degree in both Geography and Business, and is a qualified environmental auditor with the National Environmental Management Authority.
